What is the name of the cleansing water trina drank to lose weight?

Ummmm.....lately one of my family members have been trying to lose weight. The other day i was on a site called Mediatakeout.com and Trina was saying how she drunk nothing but this "cleansing water" for like 15 days and she looks amazing. I have been "yahooing" "dogpaling" and "googling" but i can not find a name for it. If you know the name please tell me because I really want to help her out.
