Okay. Get up each day and say YES to life. That doesn't need a counselor or friend or family, only you. It's hard, but seriously, try to smile and find ONE thing you can be thankful for. Yes I know, you feel miserable, but the people who are happy are the ones who say YES to life, and they get out there and just DO things. Go back in your mind and think of the one thing that makes you feel peaceful and calm and happy, and start there. Also, ask God for help, even if you don't believe in Him. Just say YES.
