Taking Xanax or other anxiety drugs?

Please please PLEASE do NOT take Xanax. As a medical professional, I'm pleading with you not to take it, even if your doc tries to write you a script for it. It's HIGHLY addictive, HIGHLY!!!!!!!!!!!
