Will whey protein help me gain muscle?
ok just listen to what i got going on. im 16 and ive been on alot of supplements for football, im currently taking a high dose of nitric oxide before work outs, varying between nanox9 or nano vapor, and after im taking whey protein mixed with nitrotech. had some results, im thinking about just going strictly with whey protein, couple of my trainers said take it about 4-5 times a day on work out days and ill get big real quick, im currently 5'10 180 lbs and benching 225 and leg pressing 1000, i need my bench up to 250 for season. any ideas? and dont say roids my are good on size and dont need to be shrinkin, anything else though
