Can anyone help me find a Driver's download for my instinct s30 phone?

I'm trying to use my instinct s30 as PAM (Phone as Modem). It did not come with Drivers download manual disk, so I am trying to find a link, but the last one I found was not compatible with Windows XP. So please if anyone knows where I can download a Driver's file for the instinct s30 for Windows XP, I will give 5pts to the first person that answers and provides me with a link that will work for my PC and phone.
