Doesn't Russia do a good job at keeping immigrants and non-whites out?

The Neo-nazi heroes of that country have done a good job of intimidating non-whites that want to travel there or live there. They kidnap, kill and rob non-whites and those with kneegro blood are met with death more often than not. The police turn a blind eye to these "crimes", which is very admirable and nationalistic on their part. What if Western Europe let it's skinheads run rampant like this with no justice? Maybe these non-white animals will get the message and escape back to their lands. Call me a racist, but the same exact thing is happening in the entirety of Sub-saharan Africa. White journalists are being kidnapped and killed but then again blacks can't be racist, can they?
