Boyfriend lacks emotional & communication skills?

i went thru the same thing as well...and that y me and my ex broke up cuz he had bad communication..he never told me anything not to mention hold a basic conversation. He was the same way on the phone...i would do all the talkin and he would answer wit one worded answers which irritated the hell outta me. But then he later told me hes not really a phone person and he likes to talk face to face which when he would come over it was totally different. So u need to talk to him and see cuz that could be the problem...if it is then maybe yall should increase seeing each other and/or maybe txting. If its not the problem...u need to see wut the problem may be and maybe trying spending more time with each other...but tell him exactly how u feel bout this situation cuz if not then this can slowly mess up the relationship...it did for me :(
