Should I sue my brother?

he is acting like a bully and that may be since he is your older brother but it's never ok for him to put his hands on you. this has been going on way to long. there must be some other factors that you didn't mention that happened between yall while growing up. but just like someone mentioned above...you must call the police on him the next time and press charges and if that doesn't stop then get a restraining order. i know that sounds cruel but physical abuse is never ok.
