Ok, Ive been doing Parkour for 3 years I can do every single vault there is...literally. But when it comes to flips im scared of hurting my self. In a gym i can land side flips, front flips, and websters. But outside I just freeze up and cant even attempt the flips Can someone *please!* Give me some tips on how to get over the fear (P.S. Ive already tried it on pads and successfully landed it. But when I moved it I froze up again soo please please please help me and Thanks)
