My 17 yr old cat has anemia. Vet feels transfusions wld be too stressful. do supplements & drugs ever work?

How wonderful you have had 17 years of love from your kitty and I'm sad that it's health is declining but try the iron supplement and don't put your baby though a lot of stress .I would love and spoiled it as long as you can and make life as peaceful as possible for as long as you can
