Is my baby breech or head down?

I'll be 34 weeks pregnant on wednesday. For the past week or week and a half I have been noticing a lot more fetal movement. I can feel her moving around a lot up high near my ribcage and when i feel her with my hands it feels like an elbow,knee,fist,heel of a foot or something to that nature. more like a pointy shape feel, not round. and when she moves at times i feel sooo miuch pressure down low like almost to the point it feels like her hand is going to just pop right out. it puts a lot of pressure on my bladder making me pee more often and sometimes gets real uncomfortable because of how sharp and heavy it feels. i sometimes feel movements down low like a rolling feeling but not as often as i do high up movements. what im wondering is does this sound like baby is breech or head down? im curious to know and have an ultrasound next week but how do u know what position they are in? thanks
