I'm considering getting implants & need some input??

I'm a size 7-8 with vey small . I measure 34A -27- 42. i'm all bottm & no top!! I would feel better with 38C. I'm out of propotion with the rest of my body & I feel emred in a bikini. Have any other women had them & waht can you tell me about it. Thanks!!!!
