Excuse for Skipping Medical Checkup?

Uhmm okay, im pregnant and my school has this medical checkup compulsory for all students. I really cant tell the school or my family, and since im going for an abortion in mid march, i need a reason to postpone my medical checkup for school to late march. Anyone has any ideas? (i cant tell my school im pregnant!!!!)
