Does anyone know about Rickert bikes? German made by hand?

the bike is mid 70's unicanter brevetia leather seat italy, thirit chain and gears, columbus carantiti frame, universal mark 61 brakes, mod campion del mundo engraved on handlebars...has olympic decal on crossbar proclaiming gold medalist munchen 1972 and champion of three years weitmeister...please help with identity and possible value for the bike...possible historic ties?
