CAnt remember the title of this book...?

I read a book about some teenage girls they were all rich and the one girl and her family lived in one of the rich girls guest house and one of the rich girls moms was super strict on the way she dressed so she'd always dress skimpy after she left home. The chick that lived in the guest house had a boyfeiend she was obbssessed with and he wore drakar noir cologne. Cant think of a dang title can anyone help?? I know i dident give much detail but thats what i really remember. The book is a series of books. I believe its a teens book.
