At what age can a newborn start getting colic?

my baby girl is 3 weeks old but since yesterday i've noticed she has this different cry. i feed her 4 oz. she finishes the bottle and i change her diaper and put her to sleep she falls asleep in my arms with her pacifier while im burping her and when i put her down about 10 minutes later she'll cry really loud when she would never do that before it sounds like a painful cry.. could she be getting colic? and what are some ways to soothe her.. i know wrapping her up and maging.. but i've also heard of giving her manzanilla.. i dont know if thats the same in english but husbands gma told me to give her that she only speaks spanish.. any suggestions?
